Sara and Luigi and all the furry gang of the Casale, invite you to their two-storey apartment (ground and first) located in a 20th century farmhouse immersed in the Roman countryside a stone's throw from Lake Bracciano. Comfortable and quiet place from which to reach Rome and all the attractions of the Regional Natural Park of Bracciano - Martignano.
Your furry companions are welcome, but always let us know in advance.

Access for guests
Guests will have a private access from which to access the property in complete autonomy either on foot or with their own means of transport that you can park comfortably and for free inside the estate.
Unfortunately, the farmhouse apartment is not yet accessible to people with walking difficulties and we are very sorry about this. We are working to ensure that in the near future to make it totally accessible, hoping to be able to break down the architectural barriers present.
Space

The farmhouse is located in the countryside north of Rome about 10 km from La Storta, a stone's throw from Anguillara Sabazia (1.5 km), Lake Bracciano (5 km) and Lake Martignano (9 km).
Strategic position immersed in tranquility from where to start to use spectacular footpaths and cycle paths to easily reach everywhere.
The apartment is comfortable and is divided into 4 private rooms on the upper floor where you will find free sheets, duvets and sponges to face your living room in comfort, 1 passing room / living room with sofa bed. All this is completed by 2 shared bathrooms for the complete bedrooms and a service bathroom on the ground floor.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals independently and with a multifunction coffee machine for breakfast.

Inside the property you will also be greeted by some fantastic furry souls who are the real hosts of the house.
'Mou' a volpina mix of all honey-colored pepper in small size, 'Audrey' the curious and cuddly medium follower and Lucky a very sweet mix of medium-sized black arms.
Tell us if you also bring your hairy heart or if you might have problems with their presence !!!
